拔林工作站對面的牆因為颱風倒了，所以做了一幅拔林農村的樣貌。農用抽水機仔用它腳上的洞洞抽水上來綠油油的農地上，中間有一個水閥支配者，看著對面的無支配同學。農水流進右手邊的農區，在這裡農民喜歡用沖天炮嚇鳥，所以官田鳥群推派牠們中的明星。長著菱角形狀的菱角鳥出來，牠腳踩鐵蹄、手持沖天炮弓箭出來與人類爭鬥，牠用力的瞄準、準備反擊，但看起來牠只會誤殺到鐵樹上的另一隻菱角鳥。用人的思維解決紛爭注定是一齣帶喜感的悲劇，讓我們看作品時可以一起期待下一個夠強的颱風怎麼回應這件作品…
關於藝術家
陳瑋軒：一個赤腳、光頭的土人，曾是社區營造工作者、電影美術製作。以高度勞動的方式製陶，將土地萬物、從前務農的快樂與哀愁、做工的志氣、對社會時事、土地正義等的看法與省思，轉換成富野性與諷刺意味的陶作。
陳俊憲：生活於臺南將軍，擁有豐富的社區共創與藝術協作經驗。創作靈感源自於對自然與生活的細緻觀察與感受，近年來，結合手工鍛造的美學與機械動力特性，以風動作品為主軸，打造出獨具特色的金屬雕塑創作。代表作品包含臺灣原住民族文化園區歌舞館《靈魂共舞》、高雄國際鋼雕藝術節《朝向十方之所》、Makotaay生態藝術村《彼端的祝福》。

About the Work
When a typhoon knocked down the wall opposite the Balin Workstation, this artwork was created to capture the essence of rural Balin. An agricultural water pump, riddled with holes at its base, draws water onto lush green fields, while a water valve "controller" stands in the middle, staring at its uncontrolled counterpart across the way. As water flows into the right-side fields, local farmers launch cherry bomb fireworks to scare away birds. In response, the Guantian bird community dispatches their star representative—a Pheasant-tailed Jacana shaped like a water caltrop. Shod in iron hooves and armed with a fireworks bow, the bird steps up to battle humanity. It takes careful aim to strike back, only to accidentally shoot another Jacana perched on an iron cycad. Solving conflicts through human logic is bound to end in a comedic tragedy; as we take in the piece, we are left to wonder how the next powerful typhoon will answer back...
About the Artist
CHEN Wei-hsuan ：A barefoot, clay-dusted craftsman who previously worked in community building and film art direction. Creating ceramics through intense physical labor, he translates the living earth, the joy and sorrow of farm labor, the pride of craftsmanship, and reflections on social justice into raw, satirical ceramic sculptures. Chen Jun-xian : Based in Jiangjun, Tainan, Chen Jun-xian has extensive experience in community co-creation and artistic collaboration. Inspired by fine observations of nature and daily life, his recent practice centers on kinetic wind sculptures, combining hand-forged aesthetics with mechanical motion to craft distinctive metal sculptures. Representative works include Souls in Communion at the Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park, Towards the Ten Directions at the Kaohsiung International Steel Sculpture Festival, and Blessings from the Afar at the Makotaay Eco Art Village.
