作品簡介
我以身體作為採集袋，將生命中遇見的人、事、物產與諸多風景，通通裝進鹽漬乾燥封存的瓶罐之中。這一切源於在拔林駐村時的腳步，是田野調查，也是實體耕作與書寫的勞作紀錄。試圖透過這些感官媒介，將時間的脈絡梳理在勞作的痕跡裡，呈現與土地共生的真實樣貌。

關於藝術家
出生於屏東東港，現居臺南新化。曾就讀國立臺南藝術大學造型藝術研究所，近年駐留曾文溪中游流域與台20淺山，將「記憶採集」視為創作途徑，以身體感官當作田野調查的測量儀器。透過保存與發酵食，試圖將土地曾經的勞動記憶與味覺痕跡，轉化為可感的食物地圖，並在流動的河流與厚實的土地之間，編織出當代藝術與生活共生的滋養之地。

About the Work
"I treat my body as a gathering bag, bottling the people, events, crops, and landscapes I encounter into jars preserved with salt and drying techniques. This practice grew out of my footsteps during my residency in Balin—part field survey, part physical farming, and part creative work journal. Through these sensory media, I thread time through the marks of labor, revealing a authentic way of living alongside the earth."
About the Artist
Born in Donggang, Pingtung in 1982, Hsu currently lives in Xinhua, Tainan. Having studied at the Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts at Tainan National University of the Arts, she has recently taken up residencies in the middle reaches of the Zeng-wen River Basin and along the Route 20 foothills. Treating "memory gathering" as her creative path, she uses her physical senses as field survey instruments. Through preservation and fermented foods, she translates memories of agricultural labor and taste into sensory food maps, weaving a nourishing space where contemporary art co-exists with daily life between flowing rivers and fertile soil.
