作品簡介
拔林那塊田，是拔林社區來枝阿嬤在曾文溪畔早期一塊舊蘆筍田，也是我想像人與土地療癒的起點。我們保留野草，也種下大量綠肥及部分在地居民留存的種子與植物，讓作物與原生植物、昆蟲、動物自在共生，等待土地慢慢甦醒。我始終想像，人們將雙腳踏進泥土，在草木環繞間感受心的氣息，而大地餐桌不只搭建於土地之上，而是從土壤裡生長出來，共享食物。這片田不急著豐收，而是在河流、季節與時間的流轉中，讓採集、種植、收成與品嚐重新成為一種緩慢而真實的生活風景，也成為滋養彼此的所在。
關於藝術家

About the Artist
Formed by partners dedicated to environmental sustainability and land stewardship. Taking its name from the resilient vitality of grassroots plants, the team symbolizes a deep, grounded commitment to action. Through cross-disciplinary collaboration and local engagement, they translate environmental care into concrete sustainable practices, fostering harmony between humanity and nature. About the Work: "That Field in Balin" was once an old asparagus patch owned by Grandma Lai-chi along the Zeng-wen River, serving as the starting point for my reflections on human-land healing. We preserved the wild weeds while planting green manure alongside native seeds and plants saved by local elders, allowing crops, wild flora, insects, and animals to co-exist freely as the soil slowly awakens. I have always imagined people stepping barefoot into the mud, breathing in the quiet pulse of nature amidst lush greenery, where an earth table is not merely built upon the land, but grows directly from the soil to share food. This field is in no rush to harvest; instead, through the changing river, seasons, and time, gathering, planting, harvesting, and tasting once again become a slow, authentic rhythm of life that nourishes all.
